Special adoption appeal for Jacob who has been over looked time and time again. Is it because he is a greyhound?
We will continue to spread the word and let people know that these in fact are such amazing pets. Calm, loyal,
gentle and oh so lazy: When Jacob came into us on day one he was broken. Day be day he became more and
more depressed and refused to even come out for his walks. We appealed for a foster home and Caroline
answered. Thank you so much Caroline because we know that you answered this appeal months and months ago
and you still have Jacob. Jacob has come a long way since Caroline fostered him. She sends this update: Gentle
Jacob is a 4 year old racer surrendered to the shelter because he was too slow for the track. When he joined our
family as our foster he was very slow to come out of his shell. He never wagged his tail once for the first month.
But with lots of love and patience he gradually came round and is now the proud owner of a very waggy tail. Jacob
gets on great with all dogs and anyone who meets him on our walks falls in love. He is the perfect house guest,
loves his food, his bed and the couch when he can get it. Please consider adopting Jacob. You definitely will never
regret it.

DETERMINED to find this gentle soul his forever home
vor etwa einer Woche aktualisiert
Jacob is a four year old greyhound. He came to us because he was too slow for the track.
He despaired at the shelter and fell into a deep depression. We appealed for a foster home
and thankfully his fairy godmother Caroline stepped in. Caroline has nothing but good
things to say about Jacob. In fact she raves about how amazing he is, on the lead, around
the home, with her two small dogs. Jacob is an absolute sweetheart who is learning what
happiness, warmth, love and being part of a home is all about. Please consider Jacob, you
will never regret it
